This course offers a professional training course in Project Risk Management & Compliance. This course emphasizes the awareness of project risk management to minimize adverse project impacts and improve project execution. Project management is about managing risk. Ability to seize opportunities, minimize risks and optimize outcomes. But all too often, risk management is treated as a reactive process, or worse, not done at all. A better understanding of the risks that can affect your project and how to effectively manage them will help you complete your project on time, on budget, and with a clear health, safety and environmental record. This project risk management training takes a proactive approach to both sides of risk, threats and opportunities. This approach is based on a clear understanding of qualitative and quantitative approaches to risk management. Our course is provided by a team of internationally experienced managers.
