Registration terms
Confirmation and paymentA registration is confirmed once the invoice is issued, and the fee is settled before the course starts by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation and substitutionCancellation up to 5 working days before the course is free of charge; after that, a substitute participant may attend or the registration can be moved to a later date, while a no-show is charged in full.
Repeat-nomination discountOrganizations that nominate participants regularly receive a special discount when nominating 10 or more participants during the year.
