This course offers the Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) Course. Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) Course is designed for agile practitioners who lead multiple teams to optimise their deliveries using advanced principles of Disciplined Agile (DA). It is a foundation of DA roles and responsibilities that allow attendees to participate confidently in team dynamics, create emotional intelligence and eventually an agile mindset.

The course also seeks to equip attendees with skills on conflict resolution, decision-making techniques, and techniques of agile facilitation, which will improve the performance of teams.

Attendees will receive value stream improvement, guiding them in assessing their processes and channeling changes into becoming quicker and better.
