Strategic Planning and Change Management

Course Overview

Making and developing change for administrative organizations is one of the very important elements in influencing the efficiency and quality of employees in different organizations, and we often note that the low productivity rate of the organization results in a comprehensive change in the executive plans and various organizational strategies that these institutions rely on in an attempt to raise the rate of Organized productivity.

Leadership plays a major role in raising productivity rates in different organizations and among employees as well. Thus, we can say that change is nothing but the organizations’ ability to develop and modify programs, strategies, and action plans to achieve the predetermined goals.

The influence of the organization to reach the set goals may be the role of managers, superiors, or one of the employees of the organization, depending on new strategies and plans for development. Thus, the methods used to carry out organizational development and change should reach the mission, goals, and vision that the organization is trying hard to achieve. It can also overcome administrative problems and financial crises, through the successful management of change, development, and continuous improvement. It may also require leadership by means of teamwork, adoption of employees' suggestions and ideas, ability to analyze different problems, and coming up with appropriate solutions.
