Preventive maintenance management course

This course offers a course in managing preventive maintenance systems. Preventive maintenance refers to maintenance conducted regularly on equipment to reduce the likelihood of failure. It is performed while the machine is operational to prevent unexpected breakdowns. In terms of the complexity of this maintenance strategy, it lies between reactive maintenance and predictive maintenance, with planning being the greatest advantage of a preventive maintenance program compared to less complex strategies. Reactive maintenance, which is unplanned, involves many overhead costs that can be avoided through proper planning.

This training course provides all the necessary knowledge regarding preventive maintenance and its systems. The goal of this course is to ensure the proper functioning of engines, devices, and industrial facilities for as long as possible, thereby minimizing the loss of potential energy that the facility could provide. The course is not limited to a specific type of equipment; rather, it applies to all facilities and electrical devices of all types and branches. It is well known that one of the challenges in industrial facilities is the breakdowns that occur due to certain natural factors stemming from the environment.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
