This course offers a course on Management Skills Development for Heads of Departments, for anyone who wishes to develop their skills and the ability to develop administrative tasks and work as department heads.
Management or leadership is an attempt to influence the people around the president or leader and work to try to direct them to achieve the desired goal. When organizing a group of relatives to achieve certain goals such as volunteer work or preparing for a school trip, in such cases, there must be a leader for these groups. An effective leader must achieve the desired goal and must have the qualities of effective leadership. The leader must learn about all the different styles of leadership and how and when to apply each one of them. The leader must feel the importance of the message he wants to deliver and believe in his ability to lead. A successful leader must be part of his work team and must strive hard with his team to achieve the goals of the institution and away from personal goals. Many people have a false belief that the leader is the one who sits behind the desk and gives orders to the workers. Opinions differ, as some believe that leadership is a trait acquired over time and can be practiced seriously to obtain it, while many believe that it is a trait instilled in everyone.
