Gas and Liquid Chromatography and Troubleshooting Course

has a complete training course on Gas and Liquid Chromatography training as well as Troubleshooting for gas and liquid chromatographic systems. Keep your skills up to date with this course that will equip you with a professional approach to troubleshooting and repair methodologies in chromatographic systems. This programme will help the attendees understand the principles of chromatography, i.e. Gas Chromatography (GC) and Liquid Chromatography (LC). It will also expose the fundamentals of GC including column types, detectors, sample preparation, and injection techniques. The LC fundamentals entail the stationary and mobile phases as well as the types of columns and detectors such as UV/VIS, fluorescence, and refractive index.

Troubleshooting problems related to chromatographic effects such as baseline noise and poor resolution, and problems related to peak tailing are being addressed in this course. The training delves into advanced troubleshooting strategies for injector, column and detector-related issues in addition to coping techniques with sample matrix effects and contamination. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with diagnosing complex system failures and using diagnostic tools for effective maintenance.

According to the course, best practices will be inculcated in attendees related to quality control as well as compliance with industry standards, equipping the attendees with tools of continuous improvement in chromatographic methodology. They would also learn by exercising examples and cases to experience challenges and solutions concerning different sectors-related problems, including pharmaceuticals, food, and environmental analysis.

This course shall provide most essential knowledge in both GC and LC to maximize throughput on chromatographic systems, all while being devoted to effective troubleshooting for consistent and reliable results.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
