The first days and weeks after a facility starts up often set the tone for years of operation, which is why achieving genuine Startup Excellence is one of the highest-value goals on any capital project. This training course gives participants a complete, practical grounding in operations readiness and startup excellence, connecting disciplined preparation directly to a fast, safe, and reliable transition into full operation.
Participants will strengthen their understanding of structured startup planning that sequences activities to reduce risk and delay, and will build practical competency in coordinating commissioning work so systems are proven ready before handover. The course places strong emphasis on embedding the habits of operational excellence from day one, and develops sound skills in managing the path to first production and sustaining strong performance well beyond initial startup.
